RentWorth Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of RentWorth: Rental ROI, an app operated by Earneli Corp. By downloading, accessing, or using RentWorth, you agree to these terms.

RentWorth provides rental property calculations, estimates, and decision support for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, lending, real estate brokerage, accounting, or investment advice.

You are responsible for reviewing inputs, validating assumptions, and deciding whether to rely on any output. Consult qualified professionals before making financial, legal, tax, lending, or real estate decisions.

RentWorth calculations depend on the numbers and assumptions you enter. Incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate inputs can produce misleading results.

The current app stores saved deals locally on your device. You are responsible for preserving any records you need and for deleting information you no longer want stored in the app.

You agree not to:

• Use RentWorth for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app;
• Interfere with the app, its store listing, or Earneli systems;
• Represent RentWorth outputs as professional advice from Earneli.

The current RentWorth release is free and does not include subscriptions, paid features, or in-app purchases. If paid features are added in the future, pricing and billing terms will be presented before purchase.

RentWorth, Earneli, and related branding, content, software, design, and materials are owned by Earneli Corp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your use of RentWorth is also governed by the RentWorth Privacy Policy.

RentWorth is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Earneli does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate for every property, or suitable for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earneli Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of RentWorth or reliance on app outputs.

Earneli may update, suspend, or discontinue RentWorth or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
