RentWorth Privacy Policy

RentWorth stores the rental property information you enter so the app can calculate, save, and compare deals on your device. This can include purchase price, rent, financing assumptions, taxes, insurance, repairs, reserves, vacancy, closing costs, notes, and calculated results.

The app may also store local preferences and app state, such as saved deal records, example-deal selections, and the last calculator values you used.

The current version of RentWorth is designed to work without an account or custom cloud backend. Saved deals and calculator state are stored locally on your device using app storage.

Earneli does not receive your saved rental assumptions, property notes, or calculator results from the current app build unless you choose to send that information to us in a support request.

Based on the current RentWorth release prepared on June 27, 2026, the app does not include advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, cross-app tracking, account creation, push notifications, payments, or cloud sync.

If future versions add analytics, accounts, payments, sync, or another data practice, Earneli will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures before that change is released.

The current RentWorth app does not request access to camera, photos, contacts, location, microphone, Bluetooth, or notification permissions.

If a future feature requires a device permission, the app will ask through the operating system permission prompt before using that capability.

If you contact Earneli for support, we may receive the information you include in your email or message, such as your email address, app version, screenshots, rental assumptions, or a description of the issue.

We use support information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot the app, improve reliability, and maintain records needed for support and legal purposes.

You can delete saved deals inside the app. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling RentWorth, subject to how your device operating system handles app storage and backups.

RentWorth is not directed to children under 13, and Earneli does not knowingly collect personal information from children through this app.

Earneli may update this privacy policy as RentWorth changes or as legal, platform, or operational requirements evolve. The effective date on this page will be updated when changes are made.
