Third-party platforms such as the App Store may process payments and manage renewals under their own terms. Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable once a paid feature or subscription period has started.

Earneli and its related branding, content, software, design, and materials are owned by Earneli Corp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Earneli without prior written permission.

Earneli is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that Earneli will always be available, error-free, accurate for every use case, or suitable for your specific situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earneli Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of Earneli.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount allowed by applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, created risk for other users, exposed us to legal liability, or misused an Earneli product.

You may stop using Earneli at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after access ends.

We may update these terms from time to time as our products, pricing, legal obligations, or operating practices change. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
