Privacy Policy
Earneli is the umbrella brand for practical web and mobile products around pay, taxes, work, and everyday money decisions. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information across the Earneli site, our apps, and related services.
Last updated April 17, 2026
Scope of this policy
Earneli Corp builds and operates websites, web tools, and mobile apps under the Earneli brand. This privacy policy applies to our marketing site, product websites, iOS apps, and related support, waitlist, and account experiences unless a product includes a separate policy.
When a specific app collects data for a feature that is not described here, we will add an in-product notice, update this policy, or publish a product-specific supplement before the collection starts.
Information you give us
We may collect information you choose to provide directly, including your name, email address, support messages, waitlist responses, account details, billing details, and information you enter into product workflows.
If you contact us about a problem, we may keep records of the request and our response so we can resolve the issue and improve the product.
Information collected automatically
We may automatically collect technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, browser type, pages or screens viewed, session duration, referring links, crash diagnostics, and approximate location derived from IP address.
This information helps us understand product performance, maintain reliability, detect abuse, and improve how Earneli works across web and mobile environments.
Mobile apps and device permissions
For iOS apps, we may request access to specific device capabilities only when they are needed for a feature you choose to use. Depending on the app, that can include notifications, camera access, file import, or similar permissions.
Permission requests are handled by your device and can usually be changed in iOS Settings. If you decline a permission, some features may be limited, but the app should continue to function where that capability is not required.
How we use information
We use information to operate Earneli, authenticate users, deliver features, provide customer support, send service communications, analyze usage, improve design and accuracy, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
We may also use de-identified or aggregated information to understand broad patterns in how people use our products and to prioritize future product decisions.
Service providers and sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us host infrastructure, process payments, send email, analyze traffic, monitor errors, store data, or provide customer support on our behalf.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, or support a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar corporate event.
Retention and security
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational, legal, accounting, and security requirements.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of certain personal information we hold about you. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those messages.
Privacy requests can be sent to hello@earneli.com.
Children's privacy
Earneli products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will investigate and take appropriate action.
Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time as our products, legal requirements, or data practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the affected product.
