Terms of Service

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

The App offers a one-time "Premium" in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing is displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. All sales are final except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds on Apple's behalf.

If you purchase Premium, your entitlement is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored at no charge on any device signed in with the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.

The App provides mortgage estimates, investment projections, and related calculations for informational purposes only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and standard assumptions that may not reflect your actual situation. You should consult a qualified mortgage professional, financial advisor, or attorney before making any financial or real estate decision. We make no representation that any calculation is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App;
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the App;
• Resell or sublicense the App or any Premium features.

The App and all content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Earneli Corp and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license described in Section 1.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The App stores data locally on your device and, optionally, in your personal iCloud account. We do not collect or sell your personal data.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EARNELI CORP AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Earneli Corp is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

These Terms are between you and Earneli Corp only, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service, Apple's terms govern with respect to your use of the App Store.
