Real Estate Deal Calculator Privacy Policy

Real Estate Deal Calculator stores information you enter into the app so you can calculate, save, and compare mortgage scenarios. This can include property nicknames, purchase price, down payment, interest rate, loan term, tax and insurance assumptions, investment inputs, notes, tags, and calculated results tied to saved properties.

The app also stores certain preferences and app state locally, such as onboarding completion, selected market, appearance mode, premium status cache, and the last tab you used.

The app is designed to work primarily on-device. Saved properties and calculator state are stored locally using Apple platform storage on your device.

Some affordability inputs are intentionally session-only and are not persisted after use. Based on the current app implementation, this includes monthly gross income and certain debt-related inputs used for debt-to-income calculations.

If iCloud is available on your device, the app may use Apple's iCloud key-value storage to sync saved properties and premium status across your Apple devices signed into the same Apple ID.

This sync is provided through Apple services. We do not operate a separate custom cloud backend for this app based on the current implementation.

Premium purchases and purchase restoration are handled through Apple's StoreKit and the App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details through the app.

The app may store premium entitlement status locally and through iCloud key-value storage so premium access can be restored or reflected across eligible devices.

The app allows you to export mortgage calculations as PDF or CSV files and share summary output. These actions are initiated by you.

Once you choose to share or export data, the information is handled by the destination you select, such as the Files app, Mail, Messages, or another app on your device.

If you contact support from inside the app, your email app may open a message addressed to support@realestatedealcalc.com. That message may include app version information so we can help troubleshoot your issue.

Based on the current app implementation reviewed on April 17, 2026, we did not identify third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, account creation flows, or cross-app tracking behavior in the shipped codebase.

If that changes in a future release, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before the new data practice goes live.

You can delete saved properties from within the app. You can also manage iCloud sync behavior through your Apple device settings and manage purchases through your App Store account settings.
